Despatch Calendar
Overview
The Despatch Calendar allows view and maintain the delivery details of orders due to be despatched for the next 7 days.
Accessing the Despatch Calendar
To access the Despatch Calendar, perform the following:
Click Frameworks then navigate to Transport Scheduling > Despatch Calendar from the navigation tree.
The Despatch Calendar will display the deliveries due the next 7 days (including today).
The first day of the calendar will be the current day.
Navigating the Despatch Calendar Screen
Once you have opened the Despatch Calendar screen you can view the current orders due for delivery and maintain their delivery details.
The screen is made up of two sections; these are:
1. The Search Options
You can refine the results of the Despatch Calendar by using:
The Branch drop-down menu to view the orders due for delivery for a specific branch or all branches.
The Despatch Method to enter a list of Despatch Method codes, separated by commas, or click the search icon open the multi-selector to select the required Despatch Methods to view orders based on various delivery options.
Click Find once your search criteria have been entered to update the calendar.
Use the Prev Week and Next Week buttons to move the calendar to the previous or next 7-day period.
Find Order opens up the Delivery Order Finder window. In addition to the on-screen search options, it allows you to refine your search further by Customer, the Transaction number and BO (backorder) number. Click the Transaction number hyperlink to then open the Delivery Maintenance window.
2. The Calendar
The Despatch Calendar displays delivery information related to your search results as individual calendar events. From here you can:
Sales orders on Order Hold are not displayed.
1. View the information about each order due for Despatch
Each order will be displayed as an individual calendar event on its delivery date:

2. Maintain the Delivery Information for the Order
You can open the Delivery Maintenance window by clicking in the Transaction number hyperlink, in the top-left of each calendar event. Click Save to commit any changes.
